A Life in Practice

I'm a therapist based in Paris, working primarily with English-speaking expatriates and professionals. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and tailored to help you navigate stress, burnout, life transitions, and the deeper questions that often surface when living abroad.

Before becoming a counsellor, I spent over 15 years in international education, coaching, and mental health support. After growing up in Australia, I lived in Singapore from 2008 to 2021, where I worked as a secondary school teacher, ran my own language teaching business, and later trained as a yoga instructor. I became a qualified therapist in 2022, bringing together my experience across education, wellbeing, and personal development.

My counselling style is integrative — blending techniques from psychology, mindfulness, and creative practices. At the heart of my work is a deep curiosity about how people make sense of their inner world: your feelings, patterns, choices, and the things that are hard to name but quietly shaping your life.

Clients often come to therapy feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are becoming. Expat life can stir up big questions about identity, relationships, and what really matters. Together, we slow things down and explore what's beneath the surface — not just to understand, but to move forward with more clarity and confidence.

Many people describe our work as grounding. It's not just about insights — it's about perspective, steadiness, and the ability to reconnect with yourself in the midst of change.

Let's work together to create lasting well-being—whether in your personal life or within your workplace.
